Exchange and Returns

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and offer a 90-day return policy:

• In-Store Returns: Return unused items in their original condition to any Evada Retailer within 90 days for an exchange, credit, or refund (excluding shipping costs). Ensure e-scooters have less than 1 km on the odometer.
• Postal Returns: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return by post. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, including any damage or loss during transit.
